Leave With a Plan, Tailored to You.

Maybe you've spent months reading about longevity science and don't know where to start. Maybe you're already tracking biomarkers and have hit a ceiling.

Either way, you've got the same problem: you're doing this alone.

Peak Protocol is four days in the Colorado mountains where you get tested, you meet the researchers, and you leave with a written protocol built around your body.

Whether you're just getting started or deep in the weeds, you need the same thing: a plan that's actually yours, and people who take this as seriously as you do.

About the Organizers

J.P. Medved
J.P. Medved

J.P. Medved founded Longevity Advice in 2020 after a decade researching life extension science. He's led growth for a planned longevity city and helped organize a 6-week longevity pop-up village in San Francisco. At Peak Protocol, J.P. is responsible for programming. Every session is designed around what he wished had existed when he started: direct researcher access, real biomarker feedback, and a community that doesn't require explanation.

Denisa Lepadatu
Denisa Lepadatu

Denisa Lepadatu brings a decade of longevity science expertise spanning cell biology research in Germany, aging studies in Switzerland, and co-founding LongX, a global initiative lowering barriers to entry in the longevity field. She has worked across biotech, venture capital, and international research institutions worldwide. At Peak Protocol, Denisa leads speaker curation and scientific programming. She will make sure every conversation goes deeper than anything you'd hear at a conference panel.

Why The Colorado Mountains?

Altitude training has legitimate longevity benefits (improved mitochondrial function, enhanced oxygen efficiency). But more importantly: this venue was chosen because it has everything a serious longevity enthusiast needs:

SageStone Adventure Lodge is 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs and Denver, making it an accessible drive from either airport.

Is This Retreat For You?

This Retreat Is For You If:

  • You've been meaning to take your health seriously and want expert guidance on where to begin
  • You're already tracking biomarkers and want expert interpretation
  • You've tried to optimize your health solo and hit a plateau
  • You want direct access to longevity researchers (not just influencers)
  • You're willing to invest in community with serious practitioners
  • You can commit to four days without your regular distractions

This Retreat Is NOT For You If:

  • You're looking for a relaxing spa experience
  • You're looking for a passive overview with no intention of changing anything
  • You're not ready to implement what you learn
  • You prefer passive consumption to active participation

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Most participants will be solo. That's part of the point: meeting people as obsessed with this as you are.
What if I can't do strenuous hikes?
All physical activities will have modifications. The goal is optimal challenge for YOUR body, not competition.
Do I need to bring my own supplements or devices?
No, but you can. We'll have discussions about what people are taking and why.
Do I need to know anything about longevity science before I come?
No prior knowledge required. We'll run baseline biomarker testing on arrival, so your data is there from day one. The physician consultations are designed to meet you where you are. Some attendees will arrive tracking six different health metrics; others will arrive having decided this is finally the year they take their health seriously. Both get what they need. The difference is just your starting point.
What's the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancel before June 1 for a full refund. Cancel before July 1 for a 50% refund. Non-refundable after July 1, but your spot is transferable to another person. Everyone receives a full refund if the retreat is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
Will this actually be worth $3,000?
If you implement even 20% of what you'll learn, the ROI in quality-adjusted life years is significant. But more importantly: you're paying for signal. The kind of people willing to invest $3,000 in a longevity retreat are exactly the people you want to spend four days with.
Why only 20 participants?
We're capping at 20 people. Not for artificial scarcity: the venue has 11 rooms and the programming doesn't work with more people. Smaller groups mean real relationships, genuine conversations with researchers, and personalized attention during consultations.

The longevity community is small. The number of people willing to spend four days in the mountains actually implementing the science is even smaller.

If you're reading this far, you're probably one of them.

The question is whether you'll still be reading about longevity optimization in 2027, or whether you'll have spent August 2026 actually doing it with people who can help.
